MMS Connect Reminder Systems

MMS Connect Reminder
Helps patients with their own wellness management, medication and appointment scheduling.

MMS Connect Reminder is a cost-saving module designed to reduce patient "no shows" and improve operational efficiency. It integrates voice mail and automated appointment capabilities to remind patients of scheduled appointments and to reschedule missed or canceled ones.

MMS CONNECT REMINDER FUNCTIONALITY
A health care provider's appointment clerk or receptionist schedules a patient's appointment. MMS Connect Reminder notifies the patient in advance of their appointment by calling and reminding him or her of the scheduled appointment. If the patient fails to keep the appointment or cancels the appointment, MMS Connect Reminder calls the patient to remind him or her to reschedule.
MMS CONNECT REMINDER ADVANTAGES
  • It allows for simple reminders that are non-appointment related, such as prescription refills and immunizations.
  • MMS Connect Reminder can be set up to reach patients and their health care providers.
  • Keeps messages confidential until security codes are entered.

  • MMS Connect Reminder integrates voice-mail and automated appointment reminders. No other system combines the two.
  • It allows the patients to cancel and appointment while being reminded. It then calls the provider back and lets them know of the cancellation.
