Possible investors in United States and abroad have approached MicroMed Strategy. Although we are still in the developmental stage and having access to more funds would speed up our software development, the CEO has decided not to involve investors at this time.

Professor Robert Johnston, one of our financial advisors, has alerted us of a potential violation of federal securities laws if MicroMed Strategy were to promise completion of software development and potential cash flows from this software to possible new investors. Therefore it would be inappropriate for MicroMed Strategy to solicit external capital investment at this time.
